How It Works...

We provide the doctor, free of charge, an Olympus Digital Voice Recorder which connects and synchronizes with your PC. Once on your PC, the digital voice files are sent to this web site through your Internet connection where they're assigned to certified transcriptionists working for CYBERscript Transcription Services, LLC.  After being transcribed the documents are eMailed directly to you in Microsoft-Word format.

You will also be given a secure login to this web site where you can track the progress of your transcription work and download additional copies of completed work.

This shows a typical process flow with screen shots of various activities.  NOTE: There are several deviations from this process that can occur, but this will help you get a basic understanding of how it works.

How It Works...
Doctor		Dictate your patient record on the digital recorder.
		Synchronize the recorder with your PC. The software that comes with the recorder will automatically connect, Synchronize, and remove unused files from the recorder when placed in the recorder's docking station.
		Select the file(s) to be uploaded and enter custom comments if desired.
		Upload DSS File(s) to CYBERscript using a custom developed, secure file upload process.
CYBERscript		All work is managed and processed through www.CYBERscript.biz so you can visit the website anytime to get real-time work status, or download previous documents.
Doctor		Receive email with attachment of completed work or visit www.CYBERscript.biz download completed work.  CYBERscript will keep an off-site backup of your work for up to five years.
